Prilactone Next is available as three different strengths (10mg, 50mg and 100mg). Prilactone Next 10mg Tablets for dogs - Clover-shaped scored beige tablet. The tablet can be divided into two equal parts containing spironolactone 10 mg.

Prilactone Next is for use in combination with standard therapy (including diuretic support where necessary) for the treatment of congestive heart failure caused by valvular regurgitation in dogs.

Prilactone Dosage and administration
For oral administration. 2mg of spironolactone per kg of bodyweight once day. The product should be administered with food.
